Regular servicing of your boiler and system ensures the efficient running of your heating appliances thereby cutting down on fuel costs and making sure you stay warm throughout the year whatever the weather throws at us.
We have found a lot of customers welcome regular servicing and in particular the peace of mind this brings but the main reason for not calling in an engineer to carry out this invaluable service is busy lives and memory i.e. forgetting how long it is since the last service.
To help with this and to give you one less thing to worry about we have introduced our regular reminder scheme. After any installation we carry out or after using us to carry out your service for the first time we will send you a reminder after 11 months informing you of when your service is due and then every 12 months thereafter. It is your choice at this point if you wish us to undertake the service but whether do or not at least you do not any longer have to rack your brains trying to remember when it is due and subsequently worrying about your boiler breaking down whenever a cold spell hits.
If for whatever reason you do have that dreaded breakdown we do offer an emergency breakdown service. All new and existing customers are provided with a premier telephone number which gives them direct contact with an engineer 24 hours a day.
If the problem cannot be solved at the time we will endeavour to offer a temporary alternative heating option until your system can be fixed.
